PLEKHF2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein pleckstrin homology and FYVE domain containing 2, which is encoded by the PLEKHF2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role in early endosome fusion upstream of RAB5, hence regulating receptor trafficking and fluid-phase transport. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 249 residues and a mass of 27.8 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER and membrane and is reported to be expressed in placenta, ovary and small intestine, as well as in heart and pancreas. Other alias names for this target include PH and FYVE domain-containing protein 2, PH domain-containing family F member 2, endoplasmic reticulum-associated apoptosis-involved protein containing PH and FYVE domains, and pleckstrin homology domain-containing family F member 2.
