SBSPON ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein somatomedin B and thrombospondin type 1 domain containing, which is encoded by the SBSPON gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 264 residues, a mass of 29.6 kDa, and is a member of the Thrombospondin protein family. It is known to be localized in the extracellular matrix and is secreted and is notably expressed in aorta extracellular matrix. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include somatomedin-B and thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing protein and RPE-spondin.
There are SBSPON ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
