SARAF ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein store-operated calcium entry associated regulatory factor, which is encoded by the SARAF gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported regulator of store-operated Ca(2+) entry (SOCE) involved in protecting cells from Ca(2+) overfilling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 339 residues, a mass of 37 kDa, and is a member of the SARAF protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER and is reported to be highly expressed in macrophages. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HSPC035, TMEM66, XTP3, HBV X-transactivated gene 3 protein, HBV XAg-transactivated protein 3, and FOAP-7.
The detection range for different SARAF ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
