SEM1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SEM1 26S proteasome subunit, which is encoded by the SEM1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the 26S proteasome, a multiprotein complex involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 70 residues, a mass of 8.3 kDa, and is a member of the DSS1/SEM1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in limb bud, craniofacial primordia and skin. Other alias names for this target include DSS1, ECD, PSMD15, SHFD1, SHFM1, SHSF1, Shfdg1, and C7orf76.
There are SEM1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
