These PKU1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of PKU1 in biological samples. PKU1 is an alias of the human PAH gene, which encodes the protein, phenylalanine hydroxylase. The protein is known to catalyze the hydroxylation of L-phenylalanine to L-tyrosine. The PAH protein is described to be 452 amino acid residues in length and 51.9 kilodaltons in mass. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include PH and PKU.
