MALSU1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein mitochondrial assembly of ribosomal large subunit 1, which is encoded by the MALSU1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be required for normal mitochondrial ribosome function and mitochondrial translation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 234 residues, a mass of 26.2 kDa, and is a member of the Iojap/RsfS protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria. Other alias names for this target include mitochondrial assembly of ribosomal large subunit protein 1.
Some MALSU1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
