The Nesp1 ELISA kits listed below are analytical tools for measuring concentrations of Nesp1 in various samples. Nesp1 is an alternative name for the human SYNE1 gene, which encodes the protein, spectrin repeat containing nuclear envelope protein 1. It has been mentioned that Nesp1 plays a role in Golgi organization and muscle cell differentiation, among other functions. Structurally, the SYNE1 protein is 8797 amino acid residues in length and 1011.1 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 12 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in HeLa, A431, A172 and HaCaT cells. Other names for this target antigen include 8B, AMC3, and AMCM.
Some Nesp1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.312 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
