The NATD ELISA kits listed below are analytical tools for measuring concentrations of NATD in various samples. NATD is an alternative name for the human NAA10 gene, which encodes the protein, N-alpha-acetyltransferase 10, NatA catalytic subunit. The target protein is a known catalytic subunit of N-terminal acetyltransferase complexes which display alpha (N-terminal) acetyltransferase activity. Structurally, the NAA10 protein is 235 amino acid residues in length and 26.5 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. This protein is known to be acetylated, cleaved and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include ARD1, ARD1A, and ARD1P.
