These Pairbp1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Pairbp1 in biological samples. Pairbp1 is an alias of the human SERBP1 gene, which encodes the protein, SERPINE1 mRNA binding protein 1. The protein is believed to play a role in the regulation of mRNA stability. The SERBP1 protein is 408 amino acid residues in length and 45 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 4 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed at high level in the heart, skeletal muscle and kidney, and at low levels in placenta, liver and brain. Other names for this target antigen include CGI-55, CHD3IP, and HABP4L.
There are Pairbp1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 1.56 ng/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
