We used this antibody to immunofluorescently label astrocytes in the mouse dorsal hippocampus following astrocyte-specific MOR knockdown. The signal was bright, highly specific, and compatible with multi-channel confocal imaging together with mCherry, DAPI, SOX9, Iba1, nitrotyrosine, and SOD1 markers. The antibody provided excellent visualization of astrocyte morphology and fine processes with minimal background.

The antibody produced strong and consistent astrocytic staining across all samples and enabled accurate quantification of GFAP upregulation associated with astrocyte reactivity after MOR knockdown.
Bright signal, excellent morphology visualization, very low nonspecific staining.
None observed.
