These p27 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of p27 in biological samples. p27 is an alias of the human PSMD9 gene, which encodes the protein, proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 9. Notably, p27 is known to play a role in the regulation of transcription, among other functions. The PSMD9 protein is 223 amino acid residues in length and 24.7 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in all tissues tested, highly expressed in liver and kidney. Other names for this target antigen include Rpn4 and 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 9.
The detection range for different p27 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 7.81 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
