L1CAM2 ELISA Kits

Ready-to-use ELISA kits are available for the detection of L1CAM2, an alias of the protein, cell adhesion molecule L1 like. The official gene symbol is CHL1. The protein, with a mass of 135.1 kDa and length of 1208 residues, is reported to be membrane-associated and secreted. It is a member of the Immunoglobulin superfamily, L1/neurofascin/NgCAM family and may be known by other names, including: L1CAM2, CALL, cell adhesion molecule with homology to L1CAM (close homologue of L1), L1 cell adhesion molecule 2, and neural cell adhesion molecule L1-like protein.

This is used for in vitro translation activity detection. Cells transfected for 24h were collected and the samples were stained with this antibody, and then a PE secondary antibody was used. The positive percentage of cells in the transfected samples was about 99%, and the effect was very good.

After transfecting the mRNA into the cells, cells were collected for 24 hours and stained with this antibody, and then stained with a PE-labeled secondary antibody. After staining, flow cytometry showed that the positive percentage of the transfected cells was as high as 98%.
