LCE ELISA Kits

Below are ELISA kits for the investigation of LCE, another term for ELOVL fatty acid elongase 6. In humans this protein is encoded by the gene, ELOVL6. The gene is also conserved in other species, including: mouse, rat, zebrafish, frog, chicken. The protein is reported to be 265-amino acids long with a mass of 31.4 kDa. It is a member of the ELO family, ELOVL6 subfamily. Glycosylation sites have also been identified. Other names for this protein may include: FLJ23378; MGC5487; LCE; ELOVL family member 6, elongation of long chain fatty acids (FEN1/Elo2, SUR4/Elo3-like, yeast). • LabAssay™ Series Biochemical Assay Kits

The LabAssay™ Series is a collection of biochemical assay kits for analyzing samples from mice and other animals. Since analyses are performed in microtiter plates, many samples can be concurrently evaluated, and only small sample amounts are needed. For research purposes only with animal serum/plasma, Not for Diagnostic Use.
  • Human Albumin ELISA

Albumin, also called serum albumin (SA), is a 66.5 kDa globular protein synthesized by the liver and rapidly excreted into the bloodstream. Its main function is to regulate the osmotic pressure of blood, but it has other important functions such as transport and binding. Low albumin levels may indicate liver or kidney disease. The RayBio® Human Albumin ELISA can rapidly quantify albumin in human plasma, serum, cell culture supernatants, and a variety of other sample types. Features: Save time ...

  • Conjugated Antibody From Proteintech to Label HA-Tagged Proteins

I express recombinant proteins with HA tag in mammalian cells and try to monitor condensate formation with osmotic stress. Since there are no good antibodies against my protein of interest, tagging with a small HA tag allows visualization of my protein with the help of immunofluorescence.
  • HA Antibody for Immunofluorescence With Specific Labeling

In my current work, I express recombinant proteins tagged with HA in mammalian cells to observe condensate formation under osmotic stress. Due to the absence of appropriate antibodies for my protein of interest, the use of a small HA tag allows for visualization via immunofluorescence.
