These HAF ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of HAF in biological samples. HAF is an alias of the human SART1 gene, which encodes the protein, spliceosome associated factor 1, recruiter of U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP. Notably, HAF is known to play a role in RNA splicing, among other functions. The SART1 protein is described to be 800 amino acid residues in length and 90.3 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. This protein is known to be sumoylated. Other names for this target antigen include Ara1 and HOMS1. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
