KIZ ELISA Kits

KIZ ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein kizuna centrosomal protein, which is encoded by the KIZ gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a centrosomal protein required for establishing a robust mitotic centrosome architecture that can endure the forces that converge on the centrosomes during spindle formation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 673 residues, a mass of 75.1 kDa, and is a member of the Kizuna protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. The KIZ gene has been associated with the disease, Retinitis pigmentosa. Other alias names for this target include centrosomal protein kizuna and polo-like kinase 1 substrate 1.

The detection range for different KIZ ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
