DRC1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein dynein regulatory complex subunit 1, which is encoded by the DRC1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the nexin-dynein regulatory complex (N-DRC) a key regulator of ciliary/flagellar motility which maintains the alignment and integrity of the distal axoneme and regulates microtubule sliding in motile axonemes (By similarity). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 740 residues, a mass of 87.1 kDa, and is a member of the DRC1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. The DRC1 gene has been associated with the disease, Ciliary dyskinesia. Other alias names for this target include dynein regulatory complex protein 1 and coiled-coil domain-containing protein 164.
Some DRC1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
