These LEU3 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of LEU3 in biological samples. LEU3 is an alias of the human CD4 gene, which encodes the protein, CD4 molecule. Notably, LEU3 is known to play a role in adaptive immune responses and cell adhesion, among other functions. The CD4 protein is described to be 458 amino acid residues in length and 51.1 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be highly expressed in T-helper cells. This protein is known to be glycosylated, palmitoylated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include CD4mut, IMD79, and Leu-3.
There are LEU3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 800 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
