HIP14 ELISA Kits

These HIP14 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of HIP14 in biological samples. HIP14 is an alias of the human ZDHHC17 gene, which encodes the protein, zinc finger DHHC-type palmitoyltransferase 17. Notably, HIP14 is known to play a role in neuronal development and NF-kappaB signaling pathways, among other functions. The ZDHHC17 protein is 632 amino acid residues in length and 72.6 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cytoplasmic vesicles, golgi, and cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in all brain regions. This protein is known to be palmitoylated. Other names for this target antigen include DHHC-17 and DHHC17. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
