These ERR3 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of ERR3 in biological samples. ERR3 is an alias of the human ESRRG gene, which encodes the protein, estrogen related receptor gamma. Notably, ERR3 is known to play a role in the regulation of transcription, among other functions. The ESRRG protein is 458 amino acid residues in length and 51.3 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 5 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in the heart, kidney, brain, lung, bone marrow, adrenal gland, trachea, spinal cord and thyroid gland. This protein is known to be sumoylated, acetylated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include ERR-gamma and ERRg.
