VSIG10L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein V-set and immunoglobulin domain containing 10 like, which is encoded by the VSIG10L gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 867 residues and a mass of 91.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be expressed in the esophagus, particularly in the suprabasilar layers of the epithelium. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 10-like and VSIG10-like protein.
Some VSIG10L ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
