RAB27B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAB27B, member RAS oncogene family, which is encoded by the RAB27B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a Small GTPase which cycles between active GTP-bound and inactive GDP-bound states. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 218 residues, a mass of 24.6 kDa, and is a member of the Rab protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is notably expressed in testis. Other alias names for this target include C25KG and ras-related protein Rab-27B.
Some RAB27B ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
