PKN3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein protein kinase N3, which is encoded by the PKN3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in intracellular signal transduction and peptidyl-serine phosphorylation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 889 residues, a mass of 99.4 kDa, and is a member of the AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in prostate tumors and various cancer cell lines. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include serine/threonine-protein kinase N3, protein kinase PKN-beta, protein-kinase C-related kinase 3, and UTDP4-1.
Some PKN3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
