The ELISA kits listed below target PRG4, the symbol for the human gene, proteoglycan 4. The protein encoded by PRG4 has a predicted amino acid length of 1404, a mass of 151.1 kDa, and a secreted subcellular localization. There are currently 6 reported isoforms, as well as sites of glycosylation. Pathologic involvement is reported in Camptodactyly-arthropathy-coxa vara-pericarditis syndrome. PRG4 may also be known by the following names: HAPO, CACP, megakaryocyte stimulating factor, lubricin, hemangiopoietin, and articular superficial zone protein, and SZP.
