ASB1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ankyrin repeat and SOCS box containing 1, which is encoded by the ASB1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 335 residues, a mass of 37 kDa, and is a member of the Ankyrin SOCS box (ASB) protein family. Other alias names for this target include ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 1.
There are ASB1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
