CCL14 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-C motif chemokine ligand 14, which is encoded by the CCL14 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to have weak activities on human monocytes and acts via receptors that also recognize MIP-1 alpha. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 93 residues, a mass of 10.7 kDa, and is a member of the Intercrine beta (chemokine CC) protein family. It is known to be secreted and is noted to be expressed constitutively in several normal tissues: spleen, liver, skeletal and heart muscle, gut, and bone marrow, present at high concentrations (1-80 nM) in plasma. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated and cleaved. Other alias names for this target include CC-3, CKB1, HCC-1, HCC-1(1-74), HCC-1/HCC-3, HCC-3, MCIF, and CC-1.
There are CCL14 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.625 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
