YY1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein YY1 transcription factor, which is encoded by the YY1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in B cell differentiation and chromatin remodeling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 414 residues, a mass of 44.7 kDa, and is a member of the YY transcription factor protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated, cleaved and phosphorylated. The YY1 gene has been associated with the disease, Gabriele-de Vries syndrome. Other alias names for this target include GADEVS, INO80S, NF-E1, UCRBP, YIN-YANG-1, transcriptional repressor protein YY1, INO80 complex subunit S, and DELTA.
Some YY1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.06 ng/mL and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
