SAP30L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SAP30 like, which is encoded by the SAP30L gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to function as transcription repressor, probably via its interaction with histone deacetylase complexes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 183 residues, a mass of 20.9 kDa, and is a member of the SAP30 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is notably expressed in the brain and ovary, and at lower levels in heart, small intestine, lung, kidney, skeletal muscle, stomach and spleen. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HCV non-structural protein 4A-transactivated protein 2, Sin3A associated protein p30-like, sin3 corepressor complex subunit SAP30L, and histone deacetylase complex subunit SAP30L.
There are SAP30L ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
