NQO1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase 1, which is encoded by the NQO1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in pathways of aging and the response to oxidative stress. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 274 residues, a mass of 30.9 kDa, and is a member of the NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (quinone) protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include DIA4, DTD, NMOR1, NMORI, QR1, NAD(P)H dehydrogenase [quinone] 1, DT-diaphorase, and DHQU.
Some NQO1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
