These ZPI ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of ZPI in biological samples. ZPI is an alias of the human SERPINA10 gene, which encodes the protein, serpin family A member 10. The protein is reported to inhibit activity of the coagulation protease factor Xa in the presence of PROZ, calcium and phospholipids. The SERPINA10 protein is described to be 444 amino acid residues in length and 50.7 kilodaltons in mass. It is known to be a secreted protein. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed by the liver and secreted in plasma. This protein is known to be phosphorylated and glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include PZI.
Some ZPI ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.937 ng/mL and as high as 80 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
