These HLA-DRA1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of HLA-DRA1 in biological samples. HLA-DRA1 is an alias of the human HLA-DRA gene, which encodes the protein, major histocompatibility complex, class II, DR alpha. Notably, HLA-DRA1 is known to play a role in adaptive immune responses, among other functions. The HLA-DRA protein is described to be 254 amino acid residues in length and 28.6 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the ER, lysosomes, and cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in professional APCs: macrophages, dendritic cells and B cells. This protein is known to be ubiquitinated and glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include HLA-DRA1.
