TRIM38 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein tripartite motif containing 38, which is encoded by the TRIM38 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in innate immune responses and autophagy pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 465 residues and a mass of 53.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other alias names for this target include RORET, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase TRIM38, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase TRIM38, Ro/SSA ribonucleoprotein homolog, and RNF15.
Some TRIM38 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
