CD93 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein CD93 molecule, which is encoded by the CD93 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor (or element of a larger receptor complex) for C1q, mannose-binding lectin (MBL2) and pulmonary surfactant protein A (SPA). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 652 residues and a mass of 68.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in endothelial cells, platelets, cells of myeloid origin, such as monocytes and neutrophils. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include C1qR(P), C1qRP, CDw93, ECSM3, MXRA4, dJ737E23.1, complement component C1q receptor, and C1QR1.
The detection range for different CD93 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
