NOMO1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NODAL modulator 1, which is encoded by the NOMO1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the multi-pass translocon (MPT) complex that mediates insertion of multi-pass membrane proteins into the lipid bilayer of membranes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1222 residues and a mass of 134.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER and is reported to be expressed in colon tumor tissue and in adjacent normal colonic mucosa. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include PM5, pM5 protein 3, pM5 protein, telomeric copy, and Nomo.
Some NOMO1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
