SAMSN1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SAM domain, SH3 domain and nuclear localization signals 1, which is encoded by the SAMSN1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported regulator of B-cell activation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 373 residues and a mass of 41.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in peripheral blood B-cells. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported.
