LBH ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein LBH regulator of WNT signaling pathway, which is encoded by the LBH gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a transcriptional activator, which may act in mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 105 residues, a mass of 12.2 kDa, and is a member of the LBH protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in heart, and expressed at low levels in placenta, lung, skeletal muscle, kidney and liver. Other alias names for this target include hLBH, limb bud and heart development homolog, limb bud and heart development protein homolog, and protein LBH.
The detection range for different LBH ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
