G2E3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein G2/M-phase specific E3 ubiquitin protein ligase, which is encoded by the G2E3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the apoptotic pathway and protein ubiquitination. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 706 residues and a mass of 80.5 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in the brain, liver, kidney, testes and ovary. Other alias names for this target include G2/M phase-specific HECT-type E3 ubiquitin transferase, G2/M-phase specific E3 ubiquitin ligase, PHD finger protein 7B, and G2/M phase-specific E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase.
