These OX1R ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of OX1R in biological samples. OX1R is an alias of the human HCRTR1 gene, which encodes the protein, hypocretin receptor 1. Notably, OX1R is known to play a role in chemical synaptic transmission and the regulation of the ERK1 and ERK2 signaling cascade, among other functions. The HCRTR1 protein is described to be 425 amino acid residues in length and 47.5 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include ORXR1 and OXR1.
The detection range for different OX1R ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
