SPRED2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein sprouty related EVH1 domain containing 2, which is encoded by the SPRED2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the regulation of cell differentiation and DNA damage pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 418 residues and a mass of 47.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in liver, skin, small intestine, salivary gland and prostate. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. The SPRED2 gene has been associated with the disease, Noonan syndrome. Other alias names for this target include sprouty protein with EVH-1 domain 2, related sequence, and sprouty-related, EVH1 domain-containing protein 2.
There are SPRED2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
