NOP10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NOP10 ribonucleoprotein, which is encoded by the NOP10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be required for ribosome biogenesis and telomere maintenance. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 64 residues, a mass of 7.7 kDa, and is a member of the NOP10 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The NOP10 gene has been associated with the disease, Dyskeratosis congenita. Other alias names for this target include NOP10 ribonucleoprotein homolog, homolog of yeast Nop10p, nucleolar protein family A member 3, and H/ACA ribonucleoprotein complex subunit 3.
There are NOP10 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
