P2RY14 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein purinergic receptor P2Y14, which is encoded by the P2RY14 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for UDP-glucose and other UDP-sugar coupled to G-proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 338 residues, a mass of 39 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported be highly expressed in the placenta, adipose tissue, stomach and intestine, intermediate levels in the brain, spleen, lung and heart, lowest levels in the kidney. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include GPR105, P2Y14, P2Y purinoceptor 14, G protein coupled receptor for UDP-glucose, G-protein coupled receptor 105, and BPR105.
The detection range for different P2RY14 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
