NOMO3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NODAL modulator 3, which is encoded by the NOMO3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the multi-pass translocon (MPT) complex that mediates insertion of multi-pass membrane proteins into the lipid bilayer of membranes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1222 residues and a mass of 134.1 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include pM5 protein 3, pM5 protein, middle copy, and BOS complex subunit NOMO3.
There are NOMO3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
