OLFML3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein olfactomedin like 3, which is encoded by the OLFML3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in signal transduction pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 406 residues, a mass of 46 kDa, and is a member of the OLFML3 protein family. It is known to be secreted and is notably expressed in placenta, moderate in liver and heart, whereas fairly weak in other tissues examined. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include olfactomedin-like protein 3 and olfactomedin, 44-kd.
The detection range for different OLFML3 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.1 ng/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
