RPS10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ribosomal protein S10, which is encoded by the RPS10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the 40S ribosomal subunit. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 165 residues, a mass of 18.9 kDa, and is a member of the Eukaryotic ribosomal protein eS10 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally methylated and ubiquitinated. The RPS10 gene has been associated with the disease, Diamond-Blackfan anemia. Other alias names for this target include S10, eS10, 40S ribosomal protein S10, small ribosomal subunit protein eS10, and DBA9.
There are RPS10 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
