NINL ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ninein like, which is encoded by the NINL gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be involved in microtubule organization in interphase cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1382 residues and a mass of 156.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in KYSE-150 esophageal carcinoma, HeLa cervical carcinoma and U2OS osteosarcoma cells. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include NLP and ninein-like protein.
There are NINL ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
