These NT4 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of NT4 in biological samples. NT4 is an alias of the human NTF4 gene, which encodes the protein, neurotrophin 4. Notably, NT4 is known to play a role in epidermis development and the regulation of apoptosis, among other functions. The NTF4 protein is described to be 210 amino acid residues in length and 22.4 kilodaltons in mass. It is known to be a secreted protein. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported be highly expressed in prostate, lower levels in thymus, placenta, and skeletal muscle. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include GLC10, GLC1O, and NT-4.
There are NT4 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 1.4 pg/mL and as high as 10000 ng/L. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
