These DR6 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of DR6 in biological samples. DR6 is an alias of the human TNFRSF21 gene, which encodes the protein, TNF receptor superfamily member 21. Notably, DR6 is known to play a role in adaptive immune responses and the apoptotic pathway, among other functions. The TNFRSF21 protein is described to be 655 amino acid residues in length and 71.8 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in fetal spinal cord and in the brain neurons, with higher levels in the brain from Alzheimer disease patients. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include BM-018 and CD358.
There are DR6 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.04 ng/mL and as high as 16 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
