CYP4A22 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cytochrome P450 family 4 subfamily A member 22, which is encoded by the CYP4A22 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the omega- and (omega-1)-hydroxylation of various fatty acids such as laurate and palmitate. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 519 residues, a mass of 59.2 kDa, and is a member of the Cytochrome P450 protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CYPIVA22, cytochrome P450 4A22K, cytochrome P450, family 4, subfamily A, polypeptide 22, fatty acid omega-hydroxylase, and cytochrome P450 4A22.
Some CYP4A22 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
