BHLHE22 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein basic helix-loop-helix family member e22, which is encoded by the BHLHE22 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to inhibit DNA binding of TCF3/E47 homodimers and TCF3 (E47)/NEUROD1 heterodimers and acts as a strong repressor of Neurod1 and Myod-responsive genes, probably by heterodimerization with class a basic helix-loop-helix factors. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 381 residues and a mass of 37 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include Beta3, Beta3a, CAGL85, TNRC20, class E basic helix-loop-helix protein 22, and BHLHB5.
There are BHLHE22 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
