These NALP1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of NALP1 in biological samples. NALP1 is an alias of the human NLRP1 gene, which encodes the protein, NLR family pyrin domain containing 1. Notably, NALP1 is known to play a role in the apoptotic pathway and viral immune response, among other functions. The NLRP1 protein is 1473 amino acid residues in length and 165.9 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 5 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. This protein is known to be ubiquitinated, cleaved and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include AIADK, CARD7, and CIDED.
Some NALP1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 7.8 pg/mL and as high as 500 pg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
