OR10J5 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily J member 5, which is encoded by the OR10J5 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in angiogenesis and chemotaxis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 309 residues, a mass of 34.4 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in both the aorta, the coronary artery and umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include olfactory receptor 10J5 and olfactory receptor OR1-28.
There are OR10J5 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
